Community Landscape Maintenance
My wife, Lori, and I lived in Plant City the last 20 years. We lived in the country where cows grazed, and eagles and falcons were a common sight. On occasion, a Florida panther would roam by. Like any suburb, the openness disappeared.
I have been around St. Pete since 1967, when my grandparents moved here. As a kid, I knew someday Maximo would be my home. It only took 34 years to be a permanent resident. I have great memories of what Maximo was when Publix was sand dunes, and you could wander around an open marina meeting people like Jack Eckerd, who would talk to me for hours.
Dues are vital to the association for what goes on behind the scenes to take care of the neighborhood of 450 homes and 800 condos. The fee is minimal compared to keeping our community safe and beautiful.
I am a board member because I believe in giving to your community, and I take pride in helping to do anything to make it a better place for all of us to live.
Three generations of Voigts have and are living here. Both of our sons want our house when it is their time. This makes me very proud.
