My partner and I moved from Cincinnati, Ohio to the Tampa Bay area in 1996, and for a year (we moved here in 1997) we took time to familiarize ourselves with St. Petersburg. We chose Maximo Moorings for many reasons; however, none more important than for Maximo’s successful balance of diversity yet suburban feel, not often achieved by the surrounding neighborhoods.
We are proud to be volunteers for the Maximo Moorings Civic Association. It provides us with a sense of achievement and the knowledge that volunteer work does make a difference, which is why I am serving on the Board after a long break.
