Board Member
I was born in North Canton, Ohio, and moved to Montreal for 3 years, then to Long Island NY where I graduated HS. Moved to Florida in 1972. I have lived in Maximo for 21 years, 10 years at the Townhomes in The Moorings of Maximo and the last 11 years at current address on 50th. Place South. I bought the Townhouse from my mother after my father passed away, got tired of condo living and looked all over Pinellas county for a house and decided to stay in Maximo.
My favorite aspects of living in Maximo are proximity to the beaches, Fort Desoto and the Interstate, the low crime rate and quiet streets. Maximo is truly the best-kept secret in Pinellas County. I became a Board member 10 years ago to get a chance to give back to my community and to help maintain the wonderful lifestyle Maximo provides. I like Maximo so much I named my dog after it.
Being a board member and paying my dues ensure the continuation of a well-kept and maintained neighborhood, which in turn keeps our property values up. I really can’t think of a nicer neighborhood to live in….I’m here for the duration!!
